27th Coast Guard Commandant's Cup Ice Hockey Tournament

Welcome to the 27th Annual Coast Guard Hockey Organization Commandant's Cup Ice Hockey Tournament. We welcome all levels of play. If you have questions, please reach out to us at info@coastguardhockey.org.

Open to the following members:

• CG Active Duty, Reserve, Retired
• CG Prior Service (Honorable/General Discharge)
• CG Auxiliary (current)
• CG Civilian
• CG Contractor (under current CG contract)
• CG Dependents (17+)
• Each team is allowed TWO roster spots for non-USCG affiliated public service (Fire/Police/EMS/Military) or Non-dependant immediate family members (17+)

Administrative absence and permissive travel orders for these events may be authorized for military members, subject to command approval per (a) Military Assignments and Authorized Absences, COMDTINST M1000.8 (b) Personnel and Pay Procedures Manual, PPCINST M1000.2B.

Team Registration:

A nonrefundable $500 deposit is due NLT 3/15. The remaining $1300 balance must be paid NLT 4/6 along with your final roster submission. 

The designated home team for each round-robin game is responsible for providing a scorekeeper.

All teams registering should be open to taking on individual players needing teams as needed. Teams needing additional skaters and requesting free agents will be given priority. 

We have a limited number of jersey sets available for loan if needed.

Rosters must have a minimum of (11) players with a maximum of (19).  Rosters must be submitted to the tournament coordinator NLT 4/6 on the provided sheet. The coordinator needs “ALL” names before the tournament, which means if you have players who cannot participate in the games on Thursday or Friday but will be there for Saturday’s games, then he/she needs to be on your original roster, which needs to be on record with the coordinator. If in violation of this rule, your team will forfeit the game played.
