Showdown in Jersey

Writer's picture: CGHO StaffCGHO Staff

Team Coast Guard goes 2-1-0-1 in the Heroes for Charity event, missing the A Division championship by one point while defeating the eventual champion, FDNY Hockey in a shootout. This is the third year that Team Coast Guard has participated in the event and the first event since the onset of the Covid Pandemic last spring. The annual tournament is a fundraiser for the New Jersey Firefighters Mutual Benevolent Association and New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association
